I’m a current design student at SFU SIAT, driven by a passion for
creating customer-centric and creative design solutions. As a visual
designer, my focus is on communication as much as visuals, ensuring
every design decision is meaningful and purposeful in conveying
information. My areas of expertise include product design, branding, UI,
and graphic design, with proficiency in using both Adobe Suite and Figma
in a collaborative environment. Through an intensive, iterative design
process, I strive to inspire an emotional impression through my design
work, keeping a balance between functionality and aesthetics.
When I'm not busy designing, this is where I spend my time.
I started playing when I moved to Canada at 13 years old, and have been on and off for about 8 years now. Most of the time I'll be playing CCM at church on Sundays, but I also have an appreciation for the blues. I believe music is very similar to design in terms of its storytelling and structured artistry.
Ironically, working out helps me rest and reset. Although my body is working hard, my mind can take a break and just wander for a couple hours. In my opinion, exercising is most important because of the discipline it creates, which can carry over other aspects of life, including work and education.
